Serina was raised in Palm Springs, where her grandparents built and operated a small resort hotel. At a very early age, her parents took over the family business, and Serina wound up helping during summers and weekends. It was during this time that she was introduced to the concepts and practice of providing the ultimate in customer service...values in which her parents believed strongly. At 16, Serina joined the pretigious Marriott Corporation, and for the next 13 years, swiftly moved up the ladder into management.
Wanting to expand her knowledge and career, she had the desire to enter the real estate profession...and the rest is history! Her experience and tremendous success now span over 20 years serving the entire Temecula & Murrieta Valleys.
In 2002, Serina was introduced to her husband, Eric, who had been a widower with 4 young girls. They married and have been raising the girls together.
With over 1900 homes sold throughout the Temecula Valley, she still thoroughly enjoys her profession as a full time real estate agent. Her philosophy is simple- to make each and every client a top priority by providing outstanding personalized service.
